Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms and procedures for using the application service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Itda (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the user, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

1. "Application" refers to software programs developed and distributed by the Company; a specific list of applications is set forth in the Appendix to these Terms and Conditions.
2. "App Store" refers to digital platforms where applications are distributed, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
3. "Service" refers collectively to each Application provided by the Company and all related online services.
4. "User" refers to members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
5. "Member" refers to a person whose user information is registered on the Company's server by logging in via an Apple, Google, or Kakao account or the user's email address.
6. "Non-Member" refers to a person who uses the Service on a limited basis without registering as a Member.
7. "Content" refers to symbols, text, voice, sound, images, videos, various files, links, and other materials created, posted, or transmitted by the Company or Users within the Service.

Terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and service-specific guidelines; otherwise, they shall be governed by general commercial practices.
